Lorenzo Corrado Pirosa

Lorenzo C. Pirosa studied architecture at the University of Catania, specialising in landscape and urban planning. In 2019, he earned a Master's degree in Sustainable Buildings and Infrastructure from the Politecnico di Milano, delving into topics related to green urban planning and green economy, BIM approach to sustainability, Life Cycle Assessment, and environmental rating systems (LEED, WELL, BREEAM, ENVISION). In 2021 he became WELL AP.

Since 2020 he has been working in the LAND Group dealing with strategic urban and regional planning, ecological regeneration of territories. Lorenzo is also part of the LAND Research Lab®, the group's innovation and knowledge platform. His work focuses on applied research and innovation consulting on urban and spatial transformation processes, ecosystems assessment, data-driven methodologies, sustainability strategies, assessment, design and implementation of nature-based solutions, also collaborating on EU-funded projects and programmes.
